Authority Lending LLC, doing business as PraiseFuel ("PraiseFuel," "we," "us"), provides a platform that helps businesses collect customer feedback and generate testimonials and reviews. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who this policy covers
Subscribers: businesses and professionals who sign up for PraiseFuel ("Subscribers").
End customers: people who receive a feedback request from a Subscriber and respond to it ("End Customers").
Visitors: people who visit praisefuel.com.
For End Customer information, the Subscriber decides why and how it is collected and used. PraiseFuel handles that information on the Subscriber's behalf as a service provider.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
Billing information: payment details are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
End Customer information: name, email address, mobile phone number, and the feedback, answers, and testimonial text a person submits.
Usage and device information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data collected through cookies and logs.
3. How we use information
To provide, operate, and improve the PraiseFuel service.
To deliver feedback requests by email or text message on a Subscriber's behalf.
To generate draft testimonials from answers an End Customer provides, using AI language models. The End Customer reviews and approves any text before it is posted anywhere.
To process payments, provide support, and send service-related notices.
To protect against fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.
4. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
We send text messages only to people who have given consent to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our messaging carrier) only as needed to deliver messages for us.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
with service providers that help us run PraiseFuel (hosting, database, payments, email and SMS delivery, and AI processing), under obligations to protect it;
with the Subscriber whose request an End Customer responded to;
to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and
in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
The sharing limits in Section 4 apply to mobile information and SMS consent in every case.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
7. Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. End Customers may also contact the Subscriber that sent the request.
Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
9. Children
PraiseFuel is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
