PraiseFuel helps businesses ask their customers for feedback and reviews. With a customer's consent, we send text messages on the business's behalf. These messages contain a link to a short feedback form and, occasionally, a reminder. We do not send promotional or marketing offers through this program.
How people opt in
A person opts in by giving their mobile number to a business that uses PraiseFuel and agreeing to receive feedback request texts, for example by checking an unchecked consent box on a form, or by agreeing verbally or in writing during their transaction with that business. Consent is never pre-checked and is not required to buy anything.
The consent language shown to the customer reads substantially as follows:

Message type: customer feedback and review requests, with occasional reminders.
Message frequency varies, typically one request and up to a couple of reminders per transaction.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.
Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
