Terms of Service

PraiseFuel, operated by Authority Lending LLC · Effective October 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PraiseFuel, provided by Authority Lending LLC, doing business as PraiseFuel ("PraiseFuel," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PraiseFuel is a software platform that helps businesses request customer feedback and turn it into testimonials and reviews. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
• New accounts may be offered a free trial and promotional pricing. Promotional terms are shown at signup and apply only as stated there.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at signup.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply at your next billing period.

4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to use PraiseFuel lawfully and honestly. You may not:

• submit, fabricate, or post fake reviews or testimonials, or pressure or incentivize people to write only positive reviews where prohibited by law or by a review platform's rules;
• send messages to anyone who has not consented to receive them, or ignore opt-out requests;
• use the service to send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Subscribers are solely responsible for collecting and documenting any consent required to contact their customers, and for complying with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and the rules of carriers and review platforms.

5. SMS text messaging program

• Program: PraiseFuel feedback and review request messages, sent on behalf of Subscribers to customers who have consented to receive them.
• Message frequency varies based on the interaction. Typically one request and occasional reminders per transaction.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• For help, reply HELP or email treynolds@crosspointhomeloans.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. AI-generated content

PraiseFuel uses AI to help draft testimonial text from answers a customer provides. Drafts may contain errors. The customer is shown the text and chooses whether to use it. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.

7. Your content and our rights

You keep ownership of the content you and your customers submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. PraiseFuel and its software, branding, and materials remain our property.

8. Third-party services

The service works with third-party platforms (such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and providers. We do not control them, and their terms apply to your use of them. We cannot post reviews on your behalf; customers post reviews themselves.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular number, rating, or outcome of reviews.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PraiseFuel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
